Ingredients
🥩 150g lean beef mince
🧂 Salt & pepper
🍚 140g cooked basmati rice
🍳 1 egg
🌶️ 1/2 medium pepper, diced
🧅 1/2 small onion, diced
🍯 2 tsp honey
🥢 3 tsp soy sauce
🌑 1 tsp dark soy
🌶️ 1-2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method
Serves 1
Season beef mince with salt, pepper, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp honey. Air fry at 200°C for 5 mins, separating the mince with a spatula.
Mix 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp soy sauce, dark soy, and sweet chilli sauce. Set aside.
Add red pepper, onion, and rice. Pour the sauce on top and mix. Then air fry at 200°C for 3 mins.
Add a whisked egg, mix, then cook for another 3-4 mins until the egg is cooked through.
For an extra kick, add diced spring onions and red chilli.
